Sears & Sears Outlet stores,

I am tired of getting the run around from you.

Our fridges water line was busted when they delivered it. We bought the expensive 3 year extended warranty. It should have been fixed ASAP but NOPE.

Took a week to get someone out here just to order the part.

Another week for them to come install the part. The part that was NEVER ORDERED! So it might be ANOTHER 5 DAYS!

Plus my dishwasher, that was delivered YESTERDAY stopped working. It’s acting like the door isn’t closed. It is.

We’ve called customer service and all we get is a big “Oh well!” attitude and 0% actual help.

It’d be better if Sears would just come to my house to flip me off good and proper but nooooooooooo.

We still have a washer/dryer and stove to buy. You’ve just lost that business. Our new Sears card will be paid off and cut up next month. Thanks for no help.

It’s just a house to most but it represents stability and a certainty I never had before. I no longer feel like I have to live out of boxes. I can decorate and know that the pictures and curtains may hang there for years to come. I’m truly home and I couldn’t be happier. Pics will follow as soon as I get everything set up.
